Will Twitter Reinstate the 10K Conservatives Suspended for Discussing Election Fraud after the DOJ Proved Them Right?

Twitter Cited its Civic Integrity Policy Against Undermining Confidence in Elections when it permanently suspended 10,000+ PA conservatives for discussing widespread election fraud in Philadelphia.

The Pennsylvania GOP has known for over a decade that election fraud was the rule not the exception in South Philadelphia — this was a FACT, not a fringe conspiracy theory. After Twitter stepped up the enforcement of its “Civic Integrity Policy” anyone discussing the various allegations of election or voter fraud in Pennsylvania was permanently suspended for undermining confidence in the election.

More than 10,000 members of the Pennsylvania GOP were caught in Twitter’s enforcement action as they discussed and shared reports of election and voter fraud that could have changed the outcome of the election in 2020. They cited similarities of fraudulent election activity in 2016 and 2018 as proof that 2020 was no different. The vast majority of the 10,000 conservatives suspended were suspended permanently without warning and their appeals have been thus far ignored.

Ironically, U.S. Courts have ruled that access to politicians on Twitter is a constitutional right because that is where almost all public discourse happens today. Of course, while politicians cannot ‘block’ Americans on Twitter, no such prohibition applies to Twitter as it claims it is free to deplatform anyone for any reason whatsoever.1 Given that reality Pennsylvania’s most prolific and engaged conservatives on Twitter - most with between 1,000 and 50,000 followers have been silenced and suppressed for almost two years. Not only can they not engage in public discourse on the platform they cannot consume the discourse of others as they are prohibited from following anyone else on the platform.

With Pennsylvania’s conservatives evicted from the digital town square and missing from public discourse, you might not be aware that former Democratic United States Representative Michael Myers was charged with stuffing ballot boxes in South Philadelphia six months after Twitter began its post-January 6th purge of conservatives.2 Myers ran a powerful political machine that controlled almost all Ward Leaders, Election Judges, and even the Democratic State Committee. But tweeting about his machine in 2019 and 2020 resulted in swift punishment from Twitter.

After Myers’ indictment on 13 felony counts of election fraud, Twitter loosened the enforcement of its Civic Integrity Policy but the damage was already done and the company has made NO effort to restore the accounts of conservatives who were wrongfully purged.3 Just last month, a year after the indictment, we finally learned just how widespread election fraud in Philadelphia has been for years when Myer finally admitted his crimes and pled guilty facing up to 60 years in prison and million dollars in fines.

Rep. Myers admitted to making cash payments to most South Philadelphia-area election officials. Starting in 2014 Myers installed almost every Ward Leader, Election Judge, and even the Democratic State Committee from South Philadelphia. In fact, if you wanted a judgeship in Philadelphia’s Court of Common Pleas or Municipal Court you were required to make a payment to Myers who would then share that payment with various other election officials disguised as “Get Out The Vote” payments.

One election official that worked with Myers was Domenick DeMuro the 39th Ward’s Election Judge. Myers would call DeMuro and let him know exactly how many votes a particular candidate needed. DuMuro would then add the necessary votes in the ExpressVoteXL computer system and in return he’d receive between $300 and $5,000 per election. In some federal elections, DuMuro would increase Democratic votes by as much as 25%. DuMuro would then certify the election results and send the certification to the City Commissioners. DuMuro pled guilty in May 2020.

Myers managed to install one woman, Marie Beren, as the defacto Election Judge for three different Wards starting as far back as 1988. Myers would instruct Beren on which candidates needed votes and in turn, she would advise in-person voters who to vote for and cast fraudulent ballots on behalf of voters she knew would not or did not physically appear at the polls. If voter turnout was high Myers would instruct Beren to add fewer fraudulent votes and if Myers’ candidate was comfortably ahead he’d instruct Beren to “throw support” behind another candidate on election day to obscure their fraud. In some federal elections, Beren would increase Democratic votes by as much as 45%. Beren would then certify the election results and send the certification to the City Commissioners.

This one case revealed that election fraud in Philadelphia was, in fact, widespread in every election prior to 2020 including the 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2018 elections. What happened in 2020? Interestingly, for some reason, that wasn’t addressed in this particular case. In the 2016 election Election Judges in Philadelphia counted 560,542 votes for Clinton - 82% of the vote - we now know that as many as 25% or 140,000 of those votes might be fraudulent. Fast forward to the 2020 election and Election Judges counted 606,690 votes for Biden - 81% of the vote. South Philadelphia Ward Leaders ensured their constituents requested ballots for their neighborhoods at rates 20 times of the average Pennsylvania neighborhood - meaning that half of the votes counted by Election Judges were mailed in avoiding the traditional scrutiny and oversight in-person voting receives. Unbelievably, Biden outperformed his former running mate, President Obama in South Philadelphia by a country mile.4

It makes you wonder if Democratic Election Judges might have continued the sort of fraud they pled guilty to between 2014 and 2018 in 2020 too? Biden only won the entire state of Pennsylvania by 80,000 votes - it isn’t too hard to believe that Democratic Election Judges in Philadelphia could have given Biden that edge.

But that really isn’t the point of this article. The 2020 election is over. Joe Biden is president and nothing I write will change that. But what about the 10,000 Pennsylvania Republicans who have been deplatformed from Twitter for discussing the widespread election fraud? The Department of Justice obtained three convictions proving the fraud was very real. Shouldn’t Twitter allow them to return to the digital town square and rejoin public discourse? The 10,000 Pennsylvania Republicans deplatformed by Twitter (PA10K) are just one small example of how conservative voices have been silenced by Democrats and their willing accomplices in Big Tech.

So many of us were encouraged by Elon Musk’s offer to buy Twitter as we hoped he’d return the platform to its roots as a haven for free speech and expression. With his termination of the deal, we are forced to realize that Twitter’s current CEO believes that Twitter should “focus less on thinking about free speech, but thinking about how the times have changed.”
