The Mask Is OffThe 2026 Health Transparency Project
The Mask is Off Project is a year-long public disclosure of my congestive heart failure, why it happened, and what I am doing about it. Instead of talking around health, I am putting everything on the table so others take theirs seriously. Each month I host an 𝕏 Space to walk through my diagnosis, treatment decisions, and progress, sharing real-time vitals, monthly blood work, medications, lifestyle changes, and what it actually costs. Nothing is curated and nothing is hidden. The point is not inspiration or optimization theater. It is accountability, transparency, and a clear look at what managing a real health crisis looks like when you stop pretending that feeling fine means being healthy.
My Genome
A visual tour of my raw 23andMe data — ~960,000 markers distilled into three views: every chromosome at a glance, a 60,000-year deep-ancestry migration, and a deck of genetic trait cards. This is raw consumer genotype data shared for educational and personal interest only. It is not medical advice, not a diagnosis, and individual markers are not individually validated for clinical accuracy.

Neanderthal percentage is an illustrative estimate — precise admixture requires whole-genome analysis beyond this raw marker file.
