    QAnon refers to anyone who promotes theories about pedophiles, child pornography, and sex trafficking. Many believe QAnon adherents exaggerate the prevalence of pedophilia and related offenses against children. Most people affiliated with QAnon do not believe they are affiliated with QAnon nor do they believe everything associated with QAnon. For example, Maya Guerra Gamble does not hold herself out as a QAnon lawyer; however, many critics of QAnon have given her that label.
