Five minutes before the deadline, Elon Musk’s lawyers filed a 146-page counterclaim against Twitter under seal.1 What little we do know is that the billionaire included the famous Warren Buffett quote, “Only when the tide goes out do you discover who’s been swimming naked,” as he referenced Twitter’s obfuscation about the number of real humans who actually use the platform.
